Return Policy
Skin Prophecy is committed to customer satisfaction. If you find our products defective in any way, return it within 30 days in the condition in which it was received, for refund or exchange.
Return Guidelines:
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please pack all items being returned securely with a copy of your packing slip, using the original packaging if possible. Please send the product prepaid via UPS or USPS and, for your security, insured against loss in transit to:
